Torch Time
I'm going to count this as one of my mandalas.
These beads have already been paired and made into earrings and are the result of listening to the Cure and Chris Isaak at the same sitting.
Thanks for your comment, Meri. The ethereal blue squiggles are from a glass called Double Helix Aion that has lots of metallic oxides that do amazing things in the flame. It's super expensive but so much fun to work with with the gradations and wisps of shifting color.
These make me think of all those favorite marbles I hid away as a child because they were so beautiful to just look at. Hope the hunt is on soon and you can get back to your gettin back! Still coming in Sept??? xox Corrine

Ohhh I like the ones at 11 oclock and 5 oclock!! They sure take on a beautiful and mystical swirl..almost like a planet!
