trying out some photo editing with yesterday's beads
I was trying out a mosaic thingy with Picasa, I still need to dial it in a bit and it looks like it repeated some of the pictures when I wanted to show front and back. It's a new shape I'm trying out on the beads, I had a full day in the studio and it felt good to get the focus back and so much less messy than collage!
Lovely colors! Your packaging collage are great, too, fancy keeping all that stuff for so long, aren't you lucky he did! I should get my boy to keep some NZ stuff - i can hear him saying 'huh?' ;)
My comment on your assemblage didn't get thru - I just said that even tho doll parts scare me you had to use it because it is what it is. The piece is sad & very moving.
Well, I am surely glad you tried that out! It's made morning coffee so enjoyable. I love the appearance of faces in these, Kim.
ReplyDeleteLooks great, I don't know exactly what you did, but the colors are fab and the patterns really stand out. xox Corrine

Wonderful...
ReplyDeleteThe beads have a very Arizona feeling about them.
The sage green of the land the warm earth color and the very black night sky.
Looks like you had fun.
cheers, parsnip
Lovely
