You've Got Nail!

A present from my wayfaring scavengelist husband.
He's always on the lookout.
I have him pretty dialed in as to what I need in the rust department.
some of these pieces are 100 plus years old.

Now I have a good supply to lampwork onto.
Question is do I bring back to Alaska now.

The top piece looks like it's ready to become a necklace already

This guy really knows how to please a gal!
He found it all at an old copper mining town

  12. You have one great guy there! I'm lucky that way too... when he went on a business trip cross country, called all excited because he found a bunch of interesting seed pods that he thought I would like. Gotta love them! (and I am quite jealous of those rusty nails - lol)

  14. Who needs flowers, when they bring you things like that, right? Mine is similarly trained to look at the ground when he's out and about! I can't wait to see what you do with them, especially the u-shaped spike. I'm seeing something fabulous on that one!

  17. These are wonderful pieces, can just see your shiny drops of glass on the end of the nails. As for your glue fun & crustifications, stunning. Love the stone wrapping to - it's how it should be! Enjoy your roll & have a safe trip. x
